Description:

GameFAQs (www.gamefaqs.com) is a popular video games website, where registered users can submit game reviews and guides, and post on discussion boards/forums. There is a discussion board for each game, and there are discussion boards for various topics (e.g. politics, anime, science fiction, movies etc). There also exist on the site, secret discussion boards that can only be accessed by those who know the board's URL (or click through to it from an external site like this one). Registered users may add these hidden boards to their favourite boards. This is a list of those hidden discussion boards on GameFAQs.

List Entries:

1. WOT
WOT was formerly called War on Terror, and was created soon after the 9/11 attacks. It became an unlisted board in mid-2005. It is a general discussion board, but veered heavily towards political and news related discussions. Despite now being a secret board, it is more popular than the politics discussion forum. It is also one of the few secret boards that has a high rate of posting but isn't filled with nonsense threads.

Board number: 408

2. Brilliant
A board that was previously difficult to remove. Users couldn't individually remove the board from their favourite lists (due to its board number being negative, and the site's coding not entirely catering to negative board numbers). To remove it, the user had to remove all of their saved boards. This bug was fixed in 2005.

  • Each row in the following text fields represents one entry in the list.
  • Each list entry must have a title and/or URL. Entry descriptions and images are entirely optional.
  • The submitted link URLs would be automatically standardised. This will mean that it doesn't matter whether or not you include the https:// (or https//) at the beginning or a / at the end.
  • Don't worry if a title, URL or description takes more than one line in the input form.  Regardless of whether the input was entered manually or copied and pasted, this website can distinguish between whether the input going to a new line was due to its long length or from the use of the enter key.
  • New list entries are added to the bottom of the list. Chronologically ordered lists should be ordered from the earliest to the latest.
  • If an image is too wide or tall, it would be automatically scaled.
