List Entries:

1. GeoGuessr

GeoGuessr

GeoGuessr is a game where the player is taken to randomly selected Google Street View locations from around the world. The player can walk around and zoom in and out. The player guesses the location by clicking on a world map (which can be zoomed in). The closer the guessed location is to the actual location, the more points the player receives. There are five locations for each game.

A time limit / challenge mode is available where a time limit is set (for each location). In a time limit game, a URL is provided so that players can challenge their friends with the same set of locations.

2. Locatestreet

Locatestreet

A game where players are given a series of Google Street View panoramas, and are asked multiple-choice questions about where they are. The player can choose a game that takes locations from around the world, within a chosen country, within a chosen region/city within a country, or thematic challenges. Points are reduced for taking steps. If the player answers correctly, they are asked to pinpoint the location on a map (the closer they get, the more points they receive).

3. Earth-Picker

Earth-Picker

Earth-Picker is a game that presents the player with a series of five Google Street View panoramas. The player guesses the location by clicking on a world map (that can be zoomed in). The distances between the player's estimated and actual locations are added up. The game's objective is to minimise this total distance. The player is also shown how their guess compares with the average guess. Unlike in the English speaking countries, the site uses commas to represent decimal points, and dots represent 1000 separators.

4. Streetview Zombie Apocalypse

A game where the player chooses the Google Street View location, and must avoid zombies which are plotted on a street map.

  • Each row in the following text fields represents one entry in the list.
  • Each list entry must have a title and/or URL. Entry descriptions and images are entirely optional.
  • The submitted link URLs would be automatically standardised. This will mean that it doesn't matter whether or not you include the https:// (or https//) at the beginning or a / at the end.
  • Don't worry if a title, URL or description takes more than one line in the input form.  Regardless of whether the input was entered manually or copied and pasted, this website can distinguish between whether the input going to a new line was due to its long length or from the use of the enter key.
  • New list entries are added to the bottom of the list. Chronologically ordered lists should be ordered from the earliest to the latest.
  • If an image is too wide or tall, it would be automatically scaled.
